Day and night difference from my last few experiences at this location. Portions were great no longer skimming, prices are a little high side but not bad overall, customer service was great, only recomendation I would make is more attention to customers and less rush with online orders while customer is being attended. Also I really appreciated all the items being available, in my past experiences being out of items 1 hour or 30 minutes before closing was very stressful, this issue appears to have been addressed. Will gladly be returning to this location, keep up the good work!
Seems like they are still training. Had an online order, so I went straight to the register. After waiting for another person to pay, nobody asked if they could help me. I ended up just asking for my order. Food was good. I'm sure once everyone is trained, it will be fine.
Ever since this new year promotion they claim their system doesn't work so you can't redeem any rewards, coupons, free items with purchase that you've earned or won on the promotion. Other locations have done this as well since this promotion started. I was told come back in a couple days, that was over a week ago and the problem would be fixed and it's still not fixed. Today I was told something completely different! Funny how each person and each location has a different claim. Like they just don't want to honor their loyalty program or their promotions. Only for redeeming your points and coupons earned in promotion, go figure! How convenient. I won't be coming here anymore.
Even though was full of people very well organized 👌 👏 👍 they were fast refreshing the food nice hot and fresh made.
Excellent orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Can be ordered with either with noodles or with fried rice. Both of them delicious and with a very fair price for United Sates. Service is quick and nice. Just in 5th. Street in Long Beach, California.
